We love our Tiny Tots Town and everyone that comes to visit us. We hope you will too. We want everyone who visits Tiny Tots Town to have a lovely and happy experience here and therefore we politely ask that you respect others and encourage your children to do so as well. Our rules of play are as follows:

● Please note that there are no changes or cancellations allowed for events
● Children must be supervised at all times by their responsible adult, we cannot take responsibility for children at any time.
● Tiny Tots Town accepts no liability for any loss or damage to visitors’ belongings. We advise you to keep valuables in the lockers provided at all times.
● Prams & buggies are NOT permitted inside the play centre, a secure pram shelter is provided outside.
● We have limited on-site parking; this is available on a first-come-first-served basis and each customer leaves their car parked at their own risk. Tiny Tots Town accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or accidents.
● The play area is a no-shoe zone. Please remove shoes before entering and wear socks at all times. Socks will be available to purchase at our premises if required. If there are medical shoes that need to be worn please contact us prior to your visit.
● We kindly ask that any children who are, or have been unwell, refrain from visiting Tiny Tots Town for 48 hours.
● When taking pictures of your own children we please ask that you try to only take pictures of your own children due to privacy concerns. Tiny Tots Town cannot be held responsible for any images shared by other customers. Tiny Tots Town will never share images without obtaining written consent prior to sharing.
● Please report accidents to a member of staff so we can provide the necessary assistance and avoid any more accidents occurring. We also need to report any accidents as part of our ongoing audits.
● On arrival, our doors may be locked as we reset the play area in between play sessions. The doors will open 5 minutes before the play session is due to start. If there are adverse weather conditions, we kindly ask you to wait in your vehicle until the doors are opened, if you have travelled by foot we kindly ask that you stay in the waiting area until we are finished setting up.
● Please report any damage to the play area or any equipment. You may be asked to pay for the damage if this is found to be intentional damage.
● Tiny Tots Town reserves the right to refuse admission or ask customers to leave at any time. Abusive language or behaviour towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
● If you arrive late for your session you are most welcome to join in the remainder of your session time, however, there will be no refunds given and all visitors must leave at the end of their booked session.
● No food or drink is allowed in the play area.
● Only food purchased on the premises may be consumed within the café area. There are exceptions for dietary or medical requirements but please contact us prior to your visit if this applies to you.
● Smoking and E-Cigarettes are prohibited in Tiny Tots Town.
● We only permit assistance animals in Tiny Tots Town.
● Please be aware that the play areas have been constructed for children and not adults. Be mindful of heights of doorways when entering/exiting play areas. ● Please note
● Bookings can be changed or amended as long as we are notified at least 24 hours prior to the booking session. This can be done via email at hello@tinytotstown.co.uk. We will not accept any changes or cancellations via any social media platform or voicemail. Change of booking is subject to the availability of future requested sessions.
● The person making the booking is to ensure that all visitors within their party are aware of the Tiny Tots Town rules of play.
● Due to the potential risk to others, we kindly ask that you refrain your child from throwing toys/props.
