We have 6 role play areas filled with props and furnishings to create an educational and fun environment along with a two tiered soft play area and sensory room. We also have a small cafe for light bites and refreshments for the whole family to enjoy.

Our Sensory Room is a beautifully designed, immersive space that supports relaxation, emotional regulation, and sensory exploration. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful place to unwind, a safe environment for therapeutic support, or simply a quiet moment in a busy day, our sensory room offers a warm and calming escape.
Designed for individuals of all ages especially babies or those with autism, sensory processing differences, ADHD, anxiety, learning difficulties, or developmental needs.
It’s also an inviting space for anyone seeking calm, mindfulness, or a moment to explore their senses in a soothing, low-pressure environment.
There are 6 role play areas which include a supermarket, home, vets, construction site, salon and cafe, all linked by road for little ones to travel on their choice of miniature transport.
We also have a two tiered soft play area for children to release some of their energy!
In addition to all of this wonderful play, we have a cafe and sitting area for refreshments and light bites for children and adults. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Please let us know of any allergies so that we are able to cater for everyone’s individual needs and preferences. Please note, the cafe is only open during the play sessions for play area visitors. It is not open to the general public.
We have parking for 4 vehicles directly outside of our building. There is also ample off road parking available on the streets outside our premises but we ask that you are respectful of the residents who live nearby.
Meet The Team
Meet the minds behind Tiny Tots Town! Gemma and Shauna are sisters and best friends who had a dream to open a role play centre for children to explore and develop their imagination in a safe environment where creativity is encouraged. After talking about their dream and passion for years, they decided to put their plan into action and Tiny Tots Town was created!
Gemma
Gemma is degree qualified and her background includes working with youths exiting the care setting. She also has experience of working with neurodivergent children. Being a mother herself, Gemma truly understands the value of a safe play environment and the role imaginative play has on children
Shauna
Shauna is degree qualified, a methodical, strategic and highly organised individual with a zest for life. She worked as a children’s entertainer whilst studying for her degree and thrived in this role. Shauna played a pivotal role throughout the testing times of Covid-19 and was retained in the Welsh Government’s Public Health Service until she decided to pursue her dream with her sister. With a lot of hard work, determination and help and encouragement from family and friends, their dream has become a reality and they are very VERY excited to share their magical town with you and your little ones.

What time does Tiny Tots Town open?
Our first session is at 9:30am.
Do I have to pre-book?
Pre-booking is not essential however we do recommend it to avoid disappointment at the door. We operate strict limits on the number of people in the building to ensure a quality play experience.
Can I arrive at any time?
We operate set play sessions to allow us time to tidy up in between, ensuring everyone gets to experience Tiny Tots Town at its best. You may turn up at any time during the play session but you will be required to leave at the end of that session, even if you have not been there for the full 105 minutes.
Do you allow nursery or school visits?
Yes we do. If you would like to enquire about prices and times please email parties@tinytotstown.co.uk.
What facilities do you offer for babies?
We provide high chairs and have baby change facilities onsite. There is also a sensory room.
Do you serve food?
We have a small cafe onsite serving hot and cold drinks as well as cakes, snacks, light bites and children’s meals. The cafe is only open during the play sessions.
Do you accept debit/credit card payments?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, however we are unable to accept American Express payments. Cash payments are preferred.

We offer a range of parties, from affordable to fully catered and exclusive. Please visit the Parties page or contact us for more details.
Can I bring a buggy / pram?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accommodate buggies / prams within the play centre. However, we do provide a buggy shelter outside.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes we do. Tiny Tots Town is accessible to all.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings can be changed or amended as long as we are notified at least 24 hours prior to the booking session. This can be done via email at hello@tinytotstown.co.uk. We will not accept any changes or cancellations via any social media platform or voicemail. Change of booking is subject to the availability of future requested sessions.
